Starting at Potter Heigham, Phoenix fleet is the ideal base to explore the real Broads with Hickling and Horsey nature reserves only one hours cruise away, two hours to Horning and two and a half hours to the superb Barton Broad or the hustle and bustle of Wroxham.

It was our proximity to Hickling, which led in 1982 to us introducing the first electric launches for hire on the Broads. Hickling and Horsey are sites of special scientific interest, and special areas for conservation under the European Habitats directive. We felt that it was important that visitors could visit these areas causing the least disturbance and pollution. Quiet, clean electric power has proved itself to meet these criteria and to give an unrivalled sense of peace as you cruise without engine noise, vibration or exhaust and fuel smells.

Phoenix Fleet have three classes of day boat, the Mystic 19 ,9 seater, the Phoenix 21 which seats 12, both of which are modern designs fully equipped for safety and comfort, and also on offer is a 25' Day cruiser with wc and cooker and an open, outboard fishing boat.
